GODLEY, GRAVES posted by Robert J. Stevens on Thursday, September 3, 1998

Cincinnatus Flower GRAVES was born on September 01, 1832 in what is now Ashland, Ashland, Co, Ohio. He later married Virginia Harriet GODLEY who was born September 14, 1833. I found a record for a Milton L. GODLEY from Ashland who was in the Civil war in he Seventeenth Iowa Infantry the same as was Cincinnatus. I'm thinking that Milton and Virginia were brother and Sister. It looks like the Godley's moved west at the same time as the Graves did. If anyone has any info on either the Graves or the Godley's lease let me know.
