| From Mimezine Issue #3 came this piece I did on The Rezillos/Revillos, done as a lark when I needed to fill some pages. 1, 2, 3, 4 I didn't know at the time that a year later, I'd be in Scotland. I did track down 'Eugene Reynolds', but he was preparing to go on a Revillos mini-tour and I was preparing to come back home to The States. Another lost opportunity... so I thought at the time. In 1999,I ended up back in Scotland for a couple of weeks, and this time I was prepared - luckily, I got a chance to talk with 'Eugene' for a couple of hours, which ended up in a Lawrence, KS music zine, MICRO-MAG. A few years later, the re-united Rezillos did make it to The States to play... 1, 2, 3, 4 |
| One nice site, for those who are music collectors is Recordnerd.com - where you can post your collection for all to see, or post lists of stuff to trade or albums you're looking for. My collection is under the name ScriptSupr. And if you're interested in mix tapes, The Art Of The Mix Tape should prove to be very satisfactory, with members lists of mixes - and the option to comment on them. |
