Mecha Information:

The VF-11D MAXL4 was built during the height of the second war with the Varuta forces.  Based on the same design as the original VF-11 MAXL except that an Electronic Warfare Suite and Disk was added to the craft, making the MAXL4 one of the first dedicated AWACS fighters since the Elintseeker was released at the end of Space War I.  In 2048, the VF-11E upgrade program began, and the MAXL-4 was given a similar upgrade, thus the designating letter "F" was added to the model number.
