Vehicle Information:
After
the success of the Appaloosa design, the Spacy returned to Lockheed for
their next contract. Again they needed an armed and armored
transport, but this time the craft be able to carry mecha-sized cargo.
The answer was the C-420 Goliath Heavy Transport. A direct
descendent of the C-130 Hercules and C-210 Titan, the Goliath was the
first of the line to be designed for space-travel. With the addition
of the C-420, the UNS Marines could transport an entire company to the
battle-field with a single landing craft.
