Technical Information

Standard Issue Weaponry:

H&K P-109 Caseless Auto-Pistol

The standard sidearm for UN Spacy Officers, the H&K P-109 offers good stopping power along with the endurance provided by a caseless magazine.

Beretta M12 9mm Secure Issue

This side-arm, adopted as the standard by the Aerie's MARDET, offers greater range and accuracy than the H&K P-109, but at the cost of a smaller number of rounds.

Colt M2911 .45 Caliber Auto-Pistol

This powerful weapon offers the stopping power of the H&K P-109 as well as the range and accuracy of the Baretta M12.  A variant for use with caseless ammo is still unavailable.

HLZ-5 Directed Energy Stun-Rifle

This rare non-lethal energy weapon has seen limited use by security forces in UNG space.  While production is small for now, Holtzmann labs predicts a rise in popularity.

H&K MK-5D Submachinegun

Based on the venerable MP-5 design, this weapon is a standard feature throughout the Spacy. The MK-5 provides heavy firepower in a small, light-weight package.

Lunar Arms MAC AR-X

While still in the experimental stages, the MAC (Magnetic ACceleration) series of weapons is already receiving field testing by some of the UNS Marines finest units.

Colt M22A2 Assault Rifle with Armtech ASL-6 Grenade Launcher

While the original M22 is being phased out in most MARDET's, the M22A2 rifle with the attached ASL-6 continues to be preferred by most Marine special operations forces

Beretta Model-121 Marksman's Rifle

This 10mm semi-automatic sniper rifle is renown for both its low thermal and audio signature, as well as its extreme accuracy under virtually any weather condition

MacMillian .50 Caliber Heavy Sniping Weapon

Almost more a cannon than a small-arm, the MacMillian is capable of piercing up to three centimeters of durasteel armor plating without appreciable loss of kinetic energy.

Fabrique M240K 7.62mm Machinegun

Specifically designed for use with the Cyclops Powered Armor series, the Hellfire chain-gun is becoming more common as a man-portable heavy infantry fire-support weapon.

Highwayman M115A1 25mm Autocannon

Like the Hellfire, the Highwayman was designed for the Cyclops PA.  While it can't be fired by a single soldier, several infantry units have begun fielding tri-pod mounted variants.

SIBG-1 Anti-Armor Electro-Magnetic Accelerated Ballistic Weapon

The SIBG is the first man-portable weapon specifically designed to combat mecha.  However, due to its energy consumption, it must be connected to a vehicle or Cyclops
