Soo Siew updated the account with total hotel expenses of RM12850. The breakdown was listed as below:

  26 hotel Room       =  RM5850
  14 Dinner Tables   =   RM7000
  Total collection      =   RM 12850

The total collection was RM12750 (138 head dinner = RM6900, 26 hotel room = RM5850). Balance of RM100 was covered or donated by Choy . Soo Siew will be sending out the account summary.

For excess T shirts, 6 will be given to those who paid up for dinner but did not turn up and 15 excess shirts (size: XL) will be kept for next reunion. Below is the list for those who paid up but not be able to turn up for the dinner (Person name in the brackets were collected the T shirts for them):

Have received dinner group pictures from Guan Seng. Eng Hong will be collecting some dinner pictures from See Hin. Eng Hong will publish all the dinner pictures on the web sites when available.

For Reunion Booklet, Kheng Seng will be calling a meeting.

Did call up Gim Kooi to publish the reunion event on local newspapers.

Received all the good feedback from our fellow students. Although the turn up rate was not high but committee felt the reunion was very successfully carried out. Most of the feedback collected through the survey forms suggest to carry out the next reunion on our school. Some proposed to carry out some event or gathering every year while maintain every five grant reunion. Chin Hock did capture all the feedback on the dinner night to be bring to next organizing committee.
