12th Organizing Committee Meeting

Minutes:
As of 10/24/04, full payment received for 22 rooms and 69 heads for dinner. Furthermore, we have 2 rooms and a bout 31 heads for dinner pending for payment. Still have only 6 rooms to achieve.
This week meeting was held with better committee's attendance. Few of the decisions were made as below:
1. Finalized hotel room number and stay with 30 rooms.
2. The ballroom is already cater for maximum of 15 tables. No change is require.
3. Meeting will be changed to Saturday 8:30pm as most of the committee members can not make it on Sunday. Next meeting will be on 20th Nov, '04. Refer to meeting schedule page for future meeting.
Beng Hooi committed to re-send (through email) the T shirt logos designed for our 20th anniversary by 2nd Nov'04.
