1st Organizing Committee Meeting

Venue:  Chung Hwa Primary School

Date/time: May 9, 2004,  2-3pm

Attendees: Tuan Pin, Soo Siew, Kheng Seng, Eng Hong, Beng Hooi.

 

Minutes:

1^st meeting was kicked off with only five attendees. The purpose of this meeting was to form the committee for 20^th year’s reunion gathering for Chung Hwa 85.

The organizing committee was elected and appointed as below list:

The following meeting time and frequency were also discussed and agreed to have monthly meeting for time being. The monthly meeting will be on 2^nd Saturday of the month, 8-9pm. Next meeting will be on Jun 12, 04, 8pm at Frankie Choy’s home.

Brief discussion was carried out about date, place and type of event for reunion gathering. Beng Hooi did propose to find the fund sponsors for the event that might bring down the cost for individual. Three proposals of the event were Genting trip with Dinner, Pulau Jerejak trip and Dinner at Hotel. To be further discussed on the coming meeting.
