16th Organizing Committee Meeting

T shirt number has revised from 80 to 90 pieces based on the expected student might be higher. Decision to put the company logo and name on sleeve instead of the back of T shirt. Distribution of size agreed as XXL-5, XL-70, L-15. Committee also agreed to have dark blue T shirt. Beng Hooi will work with supplier on the detail design.

Below is the summary student registration or confirmation for dinner. 62 students have confirmed and 30 students pending for response. 22 students confirmed not be able to make it while still have 54 does not have contact or failed to be contacted. Since we need to finalize the number of dinner tables with Hotel two weeks prior the dinner date, the committee had to set the final date for dinner registration. Decision has make for last dinner registration on 22nd Jan 2005.

Gim Kooi did manage to draft out communication message for newspaper publicity again and target to publish in one week time. The key message is to inform the final registration date to allow right number of dinner tables to be reserved for dinner. Eng Hong have also to send out another communication through email as well.

Did call up Beh Kheng Hooi to help on contact more art class students for the dinner.

Choy led some discussion on the program & games. The discussion will be continue on coming week.

Next meeting time have changed to Sunday 11am (16th Jan 2005, Choy's home). The meeting time change is to allow Woi Chee to join to help on preparing the program and games.
