Minutes:

Beng Hooi got the 'T' shirt quotation. RM14.50 for 100 pieces (RM1450) and RM15.50 for 80 pieces (RM1240).
Committee decided to order 80 pieces. Will need to confirm again the quantity at least a month before dinner if the number is not enough.

Committee did spent some times in the meeting and came out the detail program list as below:

6:15pm - 7:15pm         : Guest arrival & Dinner Registration
                                      (Door gift for early birds only)
7:15pm                        : School Anthem & Programme Briefing
7:20pm                        : Speech by organizing committee chairman.
7:25pm                        : Souvenir presentation
7:30pm                        : Group picture (In-charge person: See Hin)
7:45pm                        : Course dinner
8:00pm                        : Election of 2010 organizing committee members 
9:30pm                        : Game & lucky draw
11:30pm                      : Closing speech

Date: 13th February, 2005 (Sunday)
8:00am - 9:00pm         : Breakfast on your own.
9:00 - 11am                 : Free activities.
11:30am - 12noon       : Meet at lobby
12:00noon - 1pm         : room check-out and bye-bye.

Committee decided to print invitation cards include the programme detail to ready by coming week.

Committee also plan to visit people for sponsorship and also collect money for those decided to attend the event the coming week.

Next meeting will be held on 4th Dec, 2004, 8:30pm (Saturday) at Choy's house.
