Minutes:

No much progress since last meeting, full payment received for 22 rooms and 69 heads for dinner. We have also 2 rooms and about 33 heads for dinner pending for payment. Still have only 6 rooms to achieve.

Beng Hooi did come out four logo designs last meeting. Those logos did post on our web site for voting and feedback since last meeting. Committee did make the decision to chose logo # 3 based on the internet and committee votes with 4/6 majority. Minor correction require as the graduation year should be 1985-2005 and not 1995-2005.

Choy did bring out the concern about hotel charges for corkage. We have people to sponsor for corkage but somehow Hotel want to charge RM75 per bottle if we bring those to dinner. Choy will still need to negotiate the cost with Hotel again.

Next meeting will be held on 4th Dec, 2004, 8:30pm (Saturday) at Choy's house.

Committee also decided to visit several people for sponsorship and also money collection for the reunion next Sunday. Committee members who interested can meet at Choy's house at 8:30am before depart for full day operation.
