10th Organizing Committee Meeting

Venue: Choy’s home

Attendees:

Frankie Choy, Eng Hong, Beng Teong.

Minutes:

Kheng Seng and Soo Siew were excused on this meeting as both of them were sick due to "heavy drunk" last night.

As of 17 Oct '04, full payment received for 20 rooms and 61 heads for dinner. Furthermore, 2 rooms and about 28 heads for dinner pending for payment. Still have about 8 rooms to achieve our hotel room target of 30 by end of Oct'04.

Frankie Choy did inform Gim Kooi to publish the reunion event again in local Chinese newspapers.

Next meeting will be held on Sunday,10/24/2004, 1pm to 3pm at Frankie Choy's house.

Open items or bin-list to be reviewed on future meetings:

1. Quotation for T shirt - Gim Kooi.

2. T shirt design - Beng Hooi.

3. Luckily draw sponsorship.

4. Finalist hotel room number - Committee (30th Oct, 2004).

5. Decision to reserve larger ballroom to cater for 13-15 tables - Committee (30th Oct, 2004).

6. Corkage sponsorship.
