18th Organizing Committee Meeting

Total confirmed number for dinner was 130 persons and still need to verify
the number with treasurer to
confirm the number that have made the payment. Dinner table to be finalized on
next meeting. Committee agreed that the table arrangement will be done according
to the fellow students' name alphabet order. This will allow unnecessary waste
for additional table require.
For hotel room, we have two rooms available after reconfirmed with those who have not pay up. Committee did decide to try to return those rooms back to hotel if possible. Choy will be contacting hotel for this matter.
Kheng Seng updated the T shirt status. Choon Seng have arranged his own contractor to make the reunion T shirt with the design that Beng Hooi has made.

Regarding the mail from Boon Eu about selling the school centenary souvenir
magazine for donation, committee decided not to bring this to the reunion dinner
due to limited resource and time available on preparing dinner. Committee will
propose to communicate through email to our distribution list.
