Choy updated the status of hotel room. Number of confirmed room number was 28. Two rooms have being successfully returned to hotel with no penalty. Check-in  time is1pm and check-out is 1pm. Credit card require on check-in for room deposit.

As of this meeting, the confirmed number were 136 persons (3 pending payment) for the dinner. The table number has finalized as 14 with one reserved. Soo Siew will be the single contact for any additional head who would like to sign up to fill up the last table. As we have course dinner, committee is trying to avoid waste to open the last reserved table to pay for RM500 for less than 10 persons.

Total of RM11,750 have paid to hotel for room and dinner deposit. The venue for dinner will be at Bursa Room, Level 3of the hotel.
