4th Organizing Committee Meeting

Minutes:
Reviewed the final quotation from Metiara Hotel. The quotation was based on 20-30 rooms reservation. 50% of the amount require to be paid on reservation. After the discussion and committee agreed with the amount to be collected as below:
Couple with room and dinner RM325
Single with room and dinner
RM275
Extra cost per person for dinner RM50
Extra Bed RM30 (pay direct to hotel)
Baby chair for dinner Free of charge.
Committee agreed to drop the breakfast provided by Hotel that cost RM20 per person. Committee will only collect the money for room (RM225) and dinner (RM500/10 persons). We will be looking for sponsor for the rest of door gift and miscellaneous expense like luckily draws.
We did review the entire list of chunghwa85 school-mates and assigned
committee member to contact the respective person for the event. Refer to the

Committee members have to
start collect money if possible for next meeting. All committee members are
compulsory to pay on next meeting so that we have enough money to pay for room
reservation. We are targeting to reserve for 30 hotel rooms for 1st phase
after next meeting. Choy & Soo Siew will be arranging a day to visit hotel and confirm the room
reservation.
Next meeting will be held on Aug 14, 2004, Saturday 8:30pm at Choy's home.
