Queen Shieba's Alliance

The unique governing process of QSA has been structured primarily to give all members an honored position according to the individual characteristics of each. Although ruled by the Queen, positions of royalty and advisors are appointed to assist her.

The QSA Army is divided into three divisions, which include the Alliance Knighthood the League of Mages, and the Wardens of the Forest. The Lord High Commander oversees these three divisions of the Queen's army and holds a seat on the Royal High Council of Advisors.

A fourth division of QSA is composed of Trades Folk who support themselves and the guild with their respective skills. An important part of the guild, QSA vendors, supplied by skilled craftsmen and women provide the guild with needed armor, weapons, and food. Under the guidance of the Minister of Trade, these QSA members contribute to the needs of the guild and are not directly involved in combat. These members are given the title of Alliance Tradesman or Alliance Tradeswoman.

Royal High Council of Advisors

Lord High Chancellor: The highest Minister of State in the nation and will act as the head of state in the absence of the Queen.
Lord High Justiciar: The Head of the judicial system and represents the Queen in the absence of both herself and the Lord High Chancellor.

Lord High Commander: The commander-in-chief of all the military forces of the Alliance and second only to the Queen in the military chain of command.

Lady Chamberlain: The equivalent to Minister of the Interior for our purposes, and responsible for all matters of the Royal properties.

Minister of Trade: Reponsible for all merchant activities, regulation of vendors, and interaction between other guilds and entities where matters of trade and business are concerned.

Royal Archivist: Reponsible for all guild records and history.
