Mercury (Blade Spirit)

Blessed with uncanny speed and strong bones, I set out exploring the unknown. If I didn't know about it, I'd go there. On foot was ok, any mount was better than walking. To that end, I tamed many odd beasts when I was a kid. I rode anything, but I favored wolves above other creatures to have following me around.

I traveled with many people. I even latched onto a few and remain in orbit around them to this day. Strong attraction is like that.

I have not always been on the right side of things. I have not always been just or treated with justice. I have been slain by guards for the crime of owning a wolf. I have slain people simply because they were people. Eventually, I became something animals did not trust as much. Not evil, I just smelled too much of metal for their liking.

There were those that never did fear me and those that I never could have harmed.

I was not without redemption at this point. I had learned of healing arts and my strength and speed could protect as well.

When the war came, when I was forced to serve the Evil spirit or see my beloved Tabatha harmed, my life became misery. I saw only blood and no one to stop me. When Tabatha stood in front of me as an ally to Queen Shieba, my world fell to pieces. I could not protect her from the Queens Alliance Knights or the Corrupt.

Tabatha told me to end it, so I go to end it. I confront the spirit to steal and destroy her Dark Book and end the war. I pray for you all if I fail. I give my life to protect her.
