Science vessels are the most important units of the terran army.
Against Protoss - Irradiate or shockwave templars. Shockwave cosairs and arbiters. When seiging tanks, keep some distance between them so one web can only cover one tank. This forces your opponent to waste energy. Matrix is an extremely important ability while using tank push. Put matrix on your front line tanks and they will live through storms and goon attacks. Use lockdown on arbiters and carriers. Locking down an arbiter will stop it's cloaking ability. A few science vessels in your base can be used to irradiate dt drops. Use tanks in seige mode to kill off reavers just before they are in range to attack. Run infantry or scvs into the reavers one by one to make them waste their scarabs. Wraiths are great against reavers if there is no air support. Kill the dropships first if you can and the slow moving reavers become helpless. Your tank should have a matrix on it so it won't die if it is hit with a scarab.
Against Terran - Terrans are really the only of the 3 races you need to nuke. If you have been barricaded in your base, use a nuke to get you out. Lockdown tanks if you don't want to nuke. You can also matrix the tanks, move them into firing range, and then seige. They can absorb 3 seige tank shots before they begin to lose HP. Always have support like marines and goliath. Things you can irradiate are enemy tanks, goliath, science vessels and medics. Since the mechanical units don't die from irradiate, they will damage their nearby support units like medics and marines. Make sure you repair your damaged mechs. Have from 4 - 8 scvs in your army. Make them repair different units. Don't make them all crowd around one just to repair faster.
Against Zerg - Have about 8 - 10 science vessels and irradiate like crazy. Irradiate overlords, hydras and ultralisks. Zerglings are too weak and don't damage other units enough. Use tanks against lurkers but don't seige. They can safely hit lurkers outside the spike range. You can irradiate into swarm. If you are up against crackling/swarm user, irradiate 4 - 8 science vessels and stand them over the swarm. Zerglings running through just blow up. Aim your seige tanks at any hydras. Use defense matrix on your vessels if necessary and irradiate overwhelming hydras. Use goliaths to kill off devourers. When up against mass air units, matrix your goliaths to attack the guardians first and irradiate devourers if you can because they are the strongest. Against just guards, you can irradiate your vessels and follow the guards around until they die. Try to irradiate queens and defilers as soon as possible. Use restoration if your units become constantly parasited.
