July 19-25 AGUINGAY FESTIVAL
Bulusan Sorsogon
Street dancing that showcases the legend of "Bulusan nan Si Aguingay."

July 20-23 SIMBALLAY FESTIVAL
Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province
Araw ng Nabunturan. A colorful weeklong festival highlighted by Mansaka Tribal Dances, Street-dancing, no-ethnic shows and civic-military parade.

July 21-25 KATALINGKASAN FESTIVAL
Libon, Albay
A festival spearheaded by the Municipal Council for Culture and Arts of Libon, Albay, Katalingkasan, which means freedom and rebirth, is held in conjunction with the town fiesta of Libon, Albay and the feast of its Patron Saint, St. James the Greater. The festival aims to revive the rich cultural heritage of the town and at the same time promote the local tourism.

July 22 KALIGA FESTIVAL
Gingoog City
Street dancing, trade fair and cultural presentations in observance of the city charter day.

July 23 SUBLIAN FESTIVAL
Batangas City
An annual celebration wherein a ritual dance is being done to pay homage to the Holy Cross as a sort of Thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.

July 24-25 KINABAYO FESTIVAL
Dapitan City
A weeklong celebration of the feast of St. James highlighted by the Sinug, dance procession and Kinabayo, an exotic and colorful pageantry. The addition of local color makes this annual revelry a popular attraction that brings thousands to the city.

July 29 PASUBO SA ILOG
Pateros
The festival is celebrated in honor of St. Martha. According to the legend, a crocodile was menacing the people of Pateros, and many of its farm animals were eaten by this beast. It was St. Martha who rode at the back of this creature that saved the town. While the parade is going on, foods is coming from the boats are thrown to the participants specially "BALUT" which is the famous delicacy of Pateros.

July 29 PANDANGGUHAN SA KALYE
Pateros
People of Pateros wearing traditional costumes and signing kundiman songs are dancing in the street. Every time St. Martha passes the row of houses, residents are throwing food to the crowd.

July 30-31 DINAHIT FESTIVAL
Pandan, Catanduanes
A celebration commemorating the first migrant to the island province of Catanduanes using the "dinahit" sea craft. The celebration is being done thru dinahit racing (layag) with different racing categories and styles. It is usually participated in by fishermen from the town of Pandan of from the entire municipalities of the province.

July 31 ANNIVERSARY OF THE END OF RIZAL'S EXILE
Dapitan City
On this day, Rizal's exile in Dapitan ended. The city will mark the event with various historical shows.

Last Sunday of July ABAYAN FESTIVAL
Butuan City
