| 2nd Week of November HELUBONG FESTIVAL Lake Sebu, South Cotabato A festival showcasing the different Arts and Culture, sports and other tribal activities of T'boli. 3rd Week of November P'YAGSAWITAN FESTIVAL Maragusan, Compostela Valley Thanksgiving festival for bountiful harvests in commemoration of the founding anniversary of the Mun. of Maragusan highlighting its eco-tourism potentials. Every Saturday MUSICLAND TANJAY Tanjay, Negros Oriental Musicland is a regular Saturday evening activity at the Scooby�fs by the park that features local singing and musical instrument-playing talents. November IMPAKABSAT Baguio City A Trade and Tourism Festival showcasing the indigenous products of the Region. November DAY-ENG DI ONGA Baguio City An ethic cultural presentation of the different songs, dances and rituals of the Cordilleras which are performed by the youth. November IMBAYAH Banaue, Ifugao An international artists will be on display. An ethic sports festival indigenous to the Province of Ifugao. The event also features a parade of the different tribes of Ifugao. November 4 PRESIDENT CARLOS P. GARCIA DAY Tagbilaran City, Bohol The event will begin with a thanksgiving memorial mass at the St. Joseph Cathedral, followed by a short commemorative program and opening of a special CPG Memorabilia Exhibit at the Bohol Museum. November 5 EL CINCO DE NOVIEMBRE Bago City This is a celebration in commemoration of the rebellion of local revolucionarios against Spain. November 5-13 KANSILAY FESTIVAL Silay City The 9-day celebration starts with the celebration of "El Cinco de Noviembre", a one-day bloodless revolution in Silay which caused the surrender of the Spanish civil guards. November 11-15 SANDUGUAN Calapan, Oriental Mindoro Re-enactment of the first historical cultural contact between the natives of Ma-i (Mindoro) and traders from the ancient kingdom of China. November 17 CRY OF STA. BARBARA Sta. Barbara Celebrated in commemoration of the first cry of revolution against Spain in Iloilo. The event is opened with a grand parade with the participants dressed in Spanish costumes. November 21-25 SANDUROT FESTIVAL Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Held annually during the city�fs fiesta celebration, it features nightly cultural shows and balls, trade fairs and carnival, beauty pageant, and sports competition. November 22 BENGUET FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY La Trinidad, Benguet Celebration of the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Benguet. The event is highlighted by a Grand Canao, Agri-Tourism and Trade Fair and Photo Exhibit of the various Tourist Attractions found in Benguet. November 22-23 FEAST OF SAN CLEMENTE/HIGANTES FESTIVAL Angono, Rizal Angono�fs joyous fiesta in honor of San Clemente whose image, resplendent in papal vestment, is borne by male devotees during a procession accompanied by "parehadors" (devotees dressed in colorful local costumes, wooden shoes and carrying boat paddles and "higantes" (giant papier mache effigies).
