It is hard to see, but you can see the floor has been fit in.  We went with 15/32 ac exterior plywood, cut to fit and installed with stainless steel screws.  The seats and steering has been ordered and we are waiting for them to come in before we fit the final cross beam.
I have been remiss keeping this site updated.  It is getting harder and harder to spend time updating the site, when I could be working on the boat.  We actually have mocked in the floor, seats and seat back, but I haven't taken good pictures yet.  Currently, we are fitting the dashboard.  We deviated from the plans for the dash and used a 1 x 7 peice of white oak. White oak, while it looks great, is probably a bad choice for this application.  It is perfectly acceptable for boat use, but it is rock hard and very difficult to shape and work.  While mahogany is very easy to work with.  Anyway there are two pictures of the dash below.  I think it looks great and I couldn't be happier with it.  You can also see that the Okoume sub deck is being fit in place - I really have been remiss in taking pictures and updating the site.
A couple of front shots - Not much detail as I have to compress the pictures significantly to not exceed the bandwith limitations of Yahoo Geocities.  Can't complain too much as it is free...
