| Originally, I was going to run the exhaust to the left, but after some advice from a friend and concern that the gas tank should be on the oppositie side of the driver, I ran it to the right. It is difficult to see in the picture, but the line runs neatly into the waterbox, which has been installed to two 1/2" white oak planks. I built a cradle for the water box out of two strips of white oak, covered with epoxy and applied Dynamat. Heat is a small concern, because in the original jet ski, the waterbox was held in place by two rubber straps. The dynamat is soft and coated with a thin sheet of metal - This should provide some vibration protection. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
