| Introduction |
The Branches of the Oak comprise of two main groups. The first group is the Liamelian Forces, which consists of members who have just base class levels, such as a fighter, wizard or cleric. The second group is the Liamelian Factions, which is made up of several different prestige classes, each with a specific task or specially focused training. Members who progress into epic levels of each prestige are considered part of the exclusive Silver Scouts of Liamelia. As a Silver Scout, a member continues his training in the base prestige class to new heights few ever attain. Only members who show exceptional promise and are sponsored by a Lord of Liamelia may continue their training into Silver Scouts. As a member of the Liamelian Factions, characters gain phenomenal bonuses and special abilities. In receiving these gifts, the member must devote his or her cause to that of Liamelia and the Seldarine. Willfully committing any act that goes against Liamelia or the Seldarine, strips the member of all special abilities and bonus, and from that point on, are considered a 'Fallen Liamelian'. The only stats they retain are level, base attack bonus and saving throws. Fallen Liamelians are also divinely branded on the forehead, with a symbol of an eclipse moon and a crippled leaf in front, which will forever mark their shame. Only the Lords of Liamelia, should they see cause to allow atonement, can help remove their fallen status. In the end, it will be the decision of the deities of the Seldarine wither or not they are restored to their former glory. Here are the different faction prestige classes a character can join.
