Interrogation and Diplomacy are the White Faction's speciality.  This faction deals with all information extraction from individualise.  They have authority to use any method needed (within reason) to find out what they need to know from a person.  This can be anywhere from buying information, to forcing one to talk.  This faction also acts as Liamelia's Diplomats to foreign regions and kingdoms.  It is their job to spread the good word of Liamelia and resolve any conflicts between Liamelia and outside regions using dialog rather then with swords.  Mainly Moon Elves become part of this faction as diplomats because they are calm, collective and are able to handle issues easily.  Dark Elves also join this faction, not so much as diplomats but as the interrogators. With world wide stories of how cruel and malice Dark Elves can be, it is often the colour of their skin rather then skill that obtains the information the fastest.

Requirements
To qualify to become a member, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.

Alignment: Any non-evil
Race: Elf, Half-Elf, Dwarf, Halfling, Gnome
Base Attack Bonus: +6
Skills: Gather Information +4, Intimidate +4, Diplomacy +4
Feats: Iron Will
Spellcasting: Ability to cast 4th-level divine spells.

Class Skills
The White Faction's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Bluff (Cha), Concentration (Con), Decipher Script (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Gather Information (Cha), Intimidate (Cha), Innuendo (Wis), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Knowledge (nobility & royalty) (Int), Knowledge (history) (Int), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), and Spot (Wis).

Skill Points at Each Level: 6 + Int modifier.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the White Faction prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Members are proficient with all simple and martial weapons, all types of armor, and shields.  Note that armor check penalties for armor heavier then leather apply to the skills Balance, Climb, Escape Artist, Hide, Jump, Move Silently, Pick Pocket, and Tumble.

Spells per Day: As members continues their training in magic, they continue to gain new spells per day as if they had also gained a level in a spellcasting class they belonged to before they add this prestige class.  They do not, however, gain any other benefits a character of that class would have gained (improved chance of controlling or rebuking undead, metamagic or item creation feats, and so on).  This essentially means they add the level of this prestige class to the level of some other spellcasting class the character has, then determines spells per day and caster level accordingly.  If a character has more then one spellcasting class before they became a member, they must decide to which class they add each level of prestige for purposes of determining spells per day when they add the new level.

Favored Enemy: At 1st level, members may select a favored enemy of any type, wither it be an organization, or creature type.  This ability works exactly like the favored enemy ability of the ranger class.  If a member with ranger levels chooses a favored enemy that she already has chosen as a ranger, the bonuses stack.  The bonuses are determined by the member's prestige level [see Table 1-9: Liamelian Faction White & Table 2-9: Silver Scouts of Liamelia (White) below.]

Discern Lies: At 1st level, members gain discern lies as a spell-like ability at will.

Blessing of the Seldarine: Through rigorous training, members develop a spirituality that grants them additional abilities and bonuses.  There are 10 'blessings' that can be bestowed on a member as he continues his training and as his spirituality grows.

Arvandor's Blessing: +15 to Move Silently
Liamelia's Blessing: +2 dodge to AC
Corellon's Blessing: True Strike 3/day
Moradin's Blessing: +20 hit points
Garl's Blessing: +2 insight vs. illusion
Yondalla's Blessing: +5 luck bonus to all skills
Bahamut's Blessing: +15 to any Knowledge
Eilistraee's Blessing: Protection from Evil 3/day
Mielikki's Blessing: +15 Spot
Silvanus' Blessing: +15 Hide

Each 'blessing' can only be taken once and can be taken in any order.  The member gains the blessings based on his prestige level [see Table 1-9: Liamelian Factions White & Table 2-9: Silver Scouts of Liamelia (White) below.]

Immunity to Charms: Through countless hours of mental training, a member intimately learn the workings of enchantments.  A member of 5th level gains immunity to all enchantment (charm) spells and effects.

Holy Insight: Through constant use, a member's understanding of his most basic skills is so acute, that they become second nature to him.  At 9th level, members gain the Skill Focus feats for the Gather Information, Intimidate and Diplomacy skills.

Immunity to Compulsions: Through countless hours of mental training, a member intimately leans the workings of influence spells.  A member of 11th level gains immunity to all compulsion spells and effects.

Immunity to Possession: Through countless hours of mental training, a member is so strongly aware of who he is, that he is able to fight off outside entities.  A member of 15th level gains immunity to magic jar, soul bind, trap the soul, a ghost's malevolence ability, and all other spells or effects that displace or replace a character's life force.  The character can still travel to the planes via astral projection, if so desired.

Divine Insight: Through constant use, a member's understanding of his most basic skills unravel fully within his mind.  At 19th level, members gain the Epic Skill Focus feats for the Gather Information, Intimidate and Diplomacy skills.

Seldarine's Grace: Through rigorous training, members develop a spirituality that grants them additional abilities and bonuses.  At 10th level, a member feels his spirituality flow through him, making him quicker on his feet.  With seldarine's grace, a character adds half their prestige class level (rounded down) to their AC.

Seldarine's Wrath: Through rigorous training, members develop a spirituality that grants them additional abilities and bonuses.  At 20th level, a member is so spirituality connected to the gods his cause serves, that his is able to call upon the appropriate god and wield it's favored weapon against his foes.  Once per day, members using seldarine's wrath magical transform their current weapon into that of their worshipped deity's weapon.  If the member has no specific worshipped deity, then they gain the weapon of their racial god (Elves, for example, would wield Corellon's favored weapon, while dwarves would wield Moradin's favored weapon.)  The transformed weapon gains all the properties of the original weapon and member are fully proficient in the weapon's use, even if they do not meet the requirements for it.  Members also gains Weapon Specialization and Greater Weapon Specialization in the newly transformed weapon.  The transformation lasts for 5 rounds plus the character's Cha modifier.  A member may end the transformation voluntarily prior to this limit.  At the end, the member is physical and mentally drained and suffers a -5 penalty to Strength and Wisdom for the duration of that encounter.
