Counter

The main abilities used for countering is web. Stasis is something you use much later.

Against Protoss - Web the masses of goons and let your goons shoot into it. Storm cosairs only if they have locked onto a target and will not move if stormed. Cosairs move too fast and can escape the storm with less than 30 damage done to it. Don't attack cosairs with your own. Lure them to your patches of goons and let your goons handle them. Feedback is great to use against archons, arbiters, and templars. Mind control other arbiters, archons, and templars. Maelstrom masses of goons and attack the units that have not been maelstromed The best counter to templars is stasis. It takes them out quick. Zealots do very well against goons. They only take 75% of the goon's damage.

Against Terran - Web all tanks in siege. Put infantry in stasis or storm them. You would probably use just goons and web against terran. Zealots aren't that great after you web a unit. Reavers can kill masses of infantry. Let them shoot at units that have piled up inside webs. Carriers are great support units for you armies. Keep them far back so they can't get hit. If goliath target your carriers and start moving toward them, lure them in circles around your goons to get free kills. Don't use more than 8 or you won't have enough psi to build units. Steal vessels and make sure your arbiters and cosairs don't get EMPed. Wraiths don't count as units when fighting cosairs. They just blow up.

Against Zerg - Web the masses of hydras and storm them too. Reavers can kill tons of lings and hydras. Reavers must be used against crackling/swarm. You will have to storm too. Web the goons that the lings try to attack so the goons act like a barrier. They can't shoot but they won't take damage. Keep them close together and try not to let lings get around. Aim scarabs into the crowds. Kill off any air with cosairs. If they have devourers, try to put them in stasis. If you see overlords, put those in stasis and your arbiter can safely cloak your units. Take out any additional overlords with cosairs. When attacking, kill their den and pool and you win. Then you can go around swarms with arbiters and recall inside their base. Make sure you kill defilers. One storm will almost kill them.
