My mother's worried about me. She says I'm working too much. What
she
doesn't understand is that even though Mulder's still missing, I'm
reinvested
in my work, in OUR work. I've worked the entire weekend.

It's always bothered me that there was never an autopsy performed
on Diana Fowley's body. As a matter of fact, I never really believed that
Diana requested that her body was cremated. She never struck me as the
type of woman that wanted to be remembered as a piece of ash.

Anyway, I've been doing some research in the FBI's personnel files.
Diana's file is as uninformative as it always was. Before being reassigned
to the X-Files, she spent years in Tunisia, and the specifics of that
assignment are mysteriously missing. Her personal photo is unremarkable:

I was also curious about John Doggett's personnel file. No red
flags there -the guy is an Assistant Director's dream. A real cream puff (with
fake cream). His photo was unremarkable too.



For some reason, I had a nagging urge to search the FBI files on
all agents assigned to Tunisia for the past 10 years. The first 9 years were
completely unremarkable. Then last fall, the Tunisia field office was headed
up by an agent who I could find no previous information on. One "Diana
Doggonnit." One look at her personnel photo has CONVINCED me that not only is
Diana Fowley not dead....



She's John Doggett!

Talk about advances in the field of plastic surgery!
