Desert Bloom is set in a unique universe. In this universe, the characters from the series The Magnificent Seven are placed in the present. They serve as county lawmen out in Southern Arizona. The town is located near a Native American Reservation, a state park, and about 50 miles north of the border. Our purpose is to try to set the series in the present with the characters in a very similar situation to that presented in the series. At the outset of our story, the men have been the law for almost two years. As always, we do not own the characters from the series The Magnificent Seven. However, the ladies are our original creations and we ask that you do not use them without our permission. This is a group writing effort, and we are not making any profit from it. This basis for Alternate Universe was created by Tracy, Karol, and Cat. Alley has contributed significantly to its development. This AU is presently closed. We hope to open it at some point in the future, but for the time being, it is closed. Thank you.
