  • 1 Lemon (juiced)

Almond Liqueur#5

  • 2 Teaspoons whole Angelica Root, dried and chopped

  • 1 Vanilla Beans OR 4 Teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 Teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Lemon zest


Honey Liquor

1 U.S. Quart

  • 2 Cups of Brandy

  • 3/4 Pound of Alfalfa Honey

  • 1 Cup of Water, warm but not boiling


Irish Cream

1 1/2 U.S. Quarts

  • 1-3/4 Cups of Brandy

  • 2 Cups of Whipping Cream

  • 1 1/4 Cup of Half and Half

  • 1-14 Ounce Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated)

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla

  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Pure Coconut Extract

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Instant Irish Coffee

In a blender combine the ingredients and age in the refrigerator for at least 1 week. This only has a shelf life of about 1 month (depending on the freshness of the dairy).


Italian Limoncello

2 U.S. Quarts

  • 4 Cups of Vodka

  • 4 Cups of sugar

  • 4 Cups of Water

  • 1/2 Cup of Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Zest of 15 Lemons


Licorice Liqueur

  • 2 Pieces of Yellow Ginger (2 knobs)

  • 2 Pieces of White Ginger (2 knobs)

Papaya Liqueur

1 U.S. Quart

  • 4 Fresh Papayas (smooth un-bruised skin)

  • 1 Cup of Sugar

  • 1 Cup of Water

  • 4 Cup of Brandy

  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon, Juiced


Peach Liqueur (Like Southern Comfort)

2 U.S. Pints

  • 1 1/2 Pounds of Peaches

  • 1 Cup of Sugar

  • 4 Strips of Lemon Peel (no pith)

  • 2 Cups of Brandy


Peaches and Cream Liqueur

  • 14 Ounce of Sweetened Condensed Milk
