... to my Mixed drinks with Beer page. A Beer Cocktail or what ever else you want to call them, some of these are just tasty. A few of these are meant to be guzzled and some are meant to be enjoyed. There are quite a few of these that are just perfect for the summer and some just good for anytime. Personally, I am a fan of the Stout Beer Cocktails and some of the ones that use Cider. There are several of these recipes that make me ask "WHY?" Just try a few of these and enjoy yourself. P.S.: I have omitted some of the wording like "Chug it", "Slam it" and "Guzzle it" from the recipes, the last thing I need is someone say I told them to do it.
42 Flying Mules
Slice the half lime into 4 separate wedges. Muddle the wedges and chili with a dash of lemon juice, and transfer to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the vodka and sake, and shake well. Pour the contents, including ice, into a highball glass. Top with ginger beer, to taste, and serve. 110 in the shade
Pour Tequila in a glass and fill with lager Absolute Chainsaw
Pour each ingredient as listed. You can choose your favorite beer. Acapulco Twister (aka Shellshock, aka The Twister)
Mix the lemon, Tabasco sauce, clamato juice, salt and pepper. Fill the glass with some ice, add the Bacardi Limon and add Corona beer. Acid Bomb
Add the bottle of Corona to a pint mug with a salted rim and drop the lemon slice inside. Add the Limon rum and stir. Aftershock Surprise
Add Aftershock and sambuca to a pint glass almost filled with Carlsberg, and serve. A Hard Shimmy
Carefully pour the Rum, Tequila, Southern Comfort, and Peppermint Schnapps into the glass, light on fire, and quickly add the beer. After adding the beer, stir the mixture and watch it bubble. A Splash of Mexico
Pour the corona lager into a highball glass. Fill with V8 Splash, or vary amount to taste. Ale Flip
Heat the lemon juice with 2 ounces of ale, the ginger and the sugar in a saucepan over moderate heat until the sugar has dissolved. Beat the egg yolk into the brandy in a bowl. Beat the lemon juice mixture from the saucepan into the bowl with the egg, and beat together. Transfer to a beer mug. Add the rest of the ale, stir well, and serve. Amer Biere
Pour bitters and lemon syrup into a beer mug. Fill the mug with beer and stir. Atomic Bomb
Fill a small glass with Lager and put in a pint glass. Fill pint with Aquavit. Bee Sting
In a Pint glass half full of Orange Juice and top off with Guinness (Porter beer can also be substituted). Beer Breezer
Add freezer chilled vodka to frosted glass, add Tabasco and celery salt, top up with very cold very strong lager. Beer Bloody Mary
In a frosted glass half full of ice, add Tomato Juice, Beer, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce and gently stir. Belfast Carbomb
Pour Kahlua coffee liqueur into a shot glass. Top with Bailey's Irish cream and Irish whiskey. Drop the shot glass into a half-pint of Guinness. Bionic Beaver
Put a little crushed ice in the bottom of a small pitcher (32 ounce volume), then the beer, and then the shots. Then top off the pitcher with equal amounts of Orange Juice and 7-Up. Stir. Black and Brown
In a Pint glass half full of root beer and top off with Guinness (Porter beer can also be substituted). Black and Tan
Fill pint glass half full with Bass. Next pour Guinness over a spoon slowly until glass is full. If done correctly the Guinness will stay on top and the Bass on bottom hence the name. Black Fog
Pour the Chambord in to a mug of Guinness. Swirl slightly to mix. Black Suede
Prepare a double-shot glass filled with coffee liqueur. Prepare a pint of Guinness. Drop the shot glass into the pint mug. Black Velvet
Pour stout into a champagne flute. Add champagne carefully, so it does not mix with stout. Brass Funky
Pour orange juice into Mickey's malt liquor. Brass Skunky
Mix it all together. Serve cold, but not with ice. Broadway (Japan drink)
Mix Sapporo with coca-cola and stir. Buccaneer (aka Limona Corona)
Pour the corona into a Pint beer glass pour the Bacardi Limon into the beer stir very gently. Bulldozer
Pour a full pint of the malt liquor into a chilled 20 ounce mug and add the Rum and gently stir. Campari Beer
In a Pint glass, add Campari and slowly fill with Lager. Car Bomb
Combine the Bailey's and Whiskey in a shot glass. Drop shot glass into beer. Car Bomb #2
Combine (proportions of 50/50) Bailey's Irish Cream and Irish whiskey into one shot glass. Drop the shot into a pint mug of Guinness. Caribbean Boilermaker
Pour the Corona into an Pint glass pour the rum into the beer. Caribbean Night
Pour the Red Stripe into an Pint glass and add the coffee liqueur to the beer. Carjacker
Fill shot glass of Cognac and then drop it into a pint of malt liquor. Celtic War Party
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a pint glass. Chumbawumba
Pour a basic snake bite of half cider and lager in a pint glass. Then add to the top a shot of scotch and vodka. Clam Eye
Pour Clamato into Pilsner glass or beer mug. Pour beer generously down the inside of the glass until full. Be careful of foaming head. Add celery salt, Tabasco sauce, and/or Worcestershire sauce for flavoring. Clara
The beer is first. The 7-Up is second. The ice is last, stir gently. Cloudy Day
Pour the corona into a Pint beer glass pour the tequila into the beer stir very gently. Serve with a lime wedge. Creme de Spooge
Mix half a beer with half of a cream soda. Danger
Put all the ingredients into a tall glass and serve it cold. Diesel
Pour the lager first then add the blackcurrant cordial. Top up with the cider. The color should be very dark approaching the color of Guinness. Dive Bomber
Fill shot glass with 1/3 ounce Amaretto and 2/3 ounce root beer schnapps, next drop shot glass into mug of beer. Dr. Pepper
Pour beer into a beer mug and add cola. Pour an ounce of amaretto into a shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the mug. Ersh
Pour Vodka in the Beer and gently stir. Evil Corona
Pour the corona into a Pint beer glass pour the Citron into the beer stir very gently. Serve with a lime wedge. Flaming Yager
Light the Jagermeister on fire and drop it in the pint of Guinness and drink. Funnel Cloud
Pour beer, ginger ale, vodka, light rum, and amaretto in a funnel. Turn the funnel while you drink it. Garnet and Black
Pour half a pint of Killian's into a pint glass, followed by half a pint of Guinness Stout over a spoon in order to keep the two ingredients separated in the glass. Get Jenny
Pour gin, sweet and sour mix, and beer to a beer mug. Fill with ice and stir lightly. Add a garnish of maraschino cherry with teaspoon of it's syrup if the drink is too tart. Ghetto Hell
Pour vodka in mason jar, add malt liquor. Gold Velvet
In a pint mug pour in the Lager or Ale and the pineapple juice, and gently top with champagne. Grand Gold Margarita
Pour the the margarita mix, tequila, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, and beer into the blender. For frozen margaritas, fill the blender with ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed. (For margaritas on the rocks, use less ice and blend until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.) The beer will create a frothy texture for the margarita. Dip the rim of the margarita glass in lime juice and then salt the rim with margarita salt. Graveyard
Mix the vodka, tequila, triple sec, bourbon, gin and whisky in a beer mug. Top up the rest of the mug with half beer and half stout. Green Goblin
Mix the Cider and Lager in a pint class and add the Curacao Green Weenie
Pour the corona into a Pint beer glass pour the Margarita into the beer stir very gently. Grog
Pour beer, vodka, and orange juice in pitcher. Stir well. Guinness Cola (aka Trojan Horse)
Mix coke and Guinness in a pint glass and gently stir. Guinness Float
Put the ice cream in first, then add the Guinness carefully. Wait for the head to go down then fill to top. Blend if you want a milkshake. Guinness Punch
Gently pour a well-chilled Guinness into a small mixing bowl or glass that will hold all of the liquid ingredients. Add the sweetened condensed milk, spices, and cocoa (if desired). Whisk well, and pour the mixture into a pint mug. Guinness Shandy
Mix lemonade with Guinness in a pint glass. Hairball
Fill 1/3 of the Collins glass with cider, then float the Guinness on top, to bring the volume to 2/3 full. Pour Whikey in a separate shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the Collins glass and drink Half & Half
Fill a pint glass half full with Harp. Slowly fill the remainder of the glass with Guinness, pouring slowly over the back side of a spoon. It should layer nicely. Irish Russian
Add the ingredients in the order listed in the recipe. Care must be taken when adding the Guinness to prevent an excess of foam. Jamaican Beer
Pour vermouths, gin and whisky into a glass. Add the beer, and finish with a drop of both blue curacao and vodka. Jager-beer Bomb
Pour the beer into a glass, then drop the shot of Jagermeister into it (shot glass optional) Juicy Guinness Premier
Mix in the shots of Blue Curacao, Taboo and Vodka. Then add the Guinness to the spirits up to 1 1/2 inches below the rim of the pint glass. Allow the Guinness to settle before adding the Carling Premier and allow it to settle again La Mamila
Mix the beers with the lemon juice, Tabasco and the salt. Add the tequila, the clamato, and stir everything together. Lager and Lime
Pour the beer in first, then add the lime juice. Because the lime juice is heavier than the beer, don't let it sit for a long time. For best results, use "bar lime" instead of real lime juice. Liverpool Kiss
Mix Guinness stout with cassis syrup straight in the glass. Add ice. Lunch Box
Fill a pint glass almost full with beer. Then fill the rest with orange juice (careful not to fill it to the top). Then take the shot of Amaretto and drop it in. Lunatic Giant
Pour beer, lemon soda and raspberry cider into a pint glass. Add ice. Pour nut-toffee schnapps, blue Curacao and vodka into a shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the beer mug. Lynchburg Beer (aka Trailer Park Trash, aka White Trash, aka Uncle Bill)
Pour Jack Daniel's over ice in a highball glass. Add beer and Root Beer, and serve. Memachau
Pour lager into a pint glass, add Kahlua and stir. Mexican Hillbilly
Pour mug of Corona then drop in the Jack Daniels. Mexican Iced Tea
Pour the tequila and lager into an glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes. Stir gently, garnish with a slice of lime (optional). Michelada Regular
Add lemon juice to the ice cubes in beer mug. Add salt and stir to blend. Add tequila and stir to blend. Fill with Mexican beer. Miner's Lung
Place three shots of Vodka into a pint size beer glass, and fill the rest of the glass with Guinness (not meant to be a sipping drink). Monaco
Start with the grenadine, then beer, then 7up. Stir well on the rocks. Moon Drops
Pour into a wine glass and serve with two melon balls. Mountain Dew Me (get it? - Mount and Do Me)
Fill a pint glass half-way with Lager, the other half with 7-up or Sprite. (If you have the patience, pour a little of one, then a little of the other, until the glass is full.) Fill a shot glass with melon liqueur. Drop the entire shot glass into the glass of beer. Paddy's Caffeine
Add Tia Maria first then add the Guinness. Pond Water
Pour 1/2 bottle beer into mug and fill rest with 1/2 coca-cola. Purple Nasty
Add the blackcurrant squash into the pint glass, then fill up to the 2/3 rds mark with cider, finishing off with larger. Red Corona
Pour beer into a Pint mug, add Vodka, Red Grenadine and Slice of Lime and mix carefully. Red Eye #1
Pour refrigerated tomato juice into large frosted mug. Over tomato juice, pour cold beer. Do not stir. Crack egg, drop contents into mug. Do not stir. Red Eye #2 (aka Tomato Beer, aka Red Rooster)
Pour beer into a large frosted mug and add the tomato juice. Stir gently. Root Beer Barrel
Fill shot glass with schnapps. Fill a shaker mug about 3/4 full of beer. Place filled shot glass upright in filled tumbler. Beer should be just short of covering top of shot glass. Just before drinking, cover entire drink with hand and slam on table or bar and drink. Ruddy Mary
Pour beer into a large frosted mug and add the tomato juice and Tabasco. Stir gently. Sake Bomb
Drop the shot of Sake into a Pint of Sapporo beer and drink. Scotch Shandy
Pour in Scotch first, then the Guinness on top. Shandy
Mix lemonade with Ale or Lager in a pint glass. Skip And Go Naked
Pour beer into mug. Add lemonade. Float Southern Comfort on top. Smooth Black Russian
Pour Vodka in glass followed by the coffee liqueur. Add the dash of coke (to taste) and stir. Top up the glass with Guinness. Snake Bite
Pour ingredients into a pint glass. Snake Bite Black
Pour 1/2 pint Lager, and 1/2 pint Cider into a pint glass, then add Black Currant until drink is purple in color. Snake Venom
Pour 1/2 pint Lager, and 1/2 pint Cider into a pint glass, then add Pernod or Sambucca Snakebite Jack
Fill a pint glass half way with cider, add a splash of blackcurrant cordial, add Jack Daniels and top it up with lager. South Wind
Mix 12 ounces of Lager with a shot of melon liqueur. Stiff Pounder
Pour the German Beer into a Pint glass pour the Jagermeister into the beer stir very gently. Stout and Black
Pour Ribena blackcurrant syrup into a pint mug, add stout, and serve. Stout Sangaree
Dissolve the sugar in the water in the bottom of a beer mug. Carefully pour the stout to give a half-inch head. Float the port on top. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon. Submarine (Mexican)
Fill a Shot with the Tequila and put the shot upside down inside the Beer Mug (make sure the Tequila stays inside the shot). Fill the mug with Beer. Also lemon can be added if desired. Suburban Warhead
Mix the Vodka, Tequila, Aftershock, Beer, and Lemonade in a blender. Blend until you have a smooth frothy texture, pour into a beer mug. The Green Monster
This is to be made up in a pint glass. Combine your cider and lager, add the spirits, stir well, it turns bright green. Tijuana Car bomb
Pour bottle of corona in a pint glass. Wait for it to settle. Then drop in shot of Cuervo, and gently stir. Wise Bomb
Pour all whiskeys and Irish cream into a 2 oz double-shot glass. Pour half a pint of Guinness into a pint mug. Drop the shot glass into the stout. Zoksel
