Absinthe #1

  • 1 U.S. Pint

  • 1/2 Ounce Wormwood, dried and chopped

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Angelica Root

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Hyssop

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cardamom Pods

  • 2 Cups of vodka


 

Absinthe #2

  • 1 U.S. Pint

  • 2 Cups of Vodka

  • 2 Teaspoon of crumbled Wormwood

  • 2 Teaspoon of crumbled Anise Seed

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Fennel Seed

  • 4 Cardamom Pods

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of ground Coriander

  • 2 Teaspoon of chopped Angelica Root


 

Absinthe #3

  • 1 U.S. Pint

  • 2 Cups of Vodka

  • 2 Teaspoons of Anise Seed

  • 4 Cardamom Pods

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander, Ground

  • 2 Teaspoons of crumbled Wormwood

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Fennel Seed

  • 1 Teaspoon of Marjoram

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of chopped Angelica Root


 

Absinthe #4

  • 1 U.S. Pint

  • 2 Cups of Vodka

  • 2 Teaspoon of crumbled Wormwood

  • 4 Tablespoons of chopped Peppermint Leaves

  • 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Zest


 

Absinthe Wine

  • 1 U.S. Pint

  • 2 Cups of Port

  • 1 Teaspoons of dried Wormwood

  • 1 Teaspoons of Peppermint

  • 1 Teaspoons of Thyme

  • 1 Teaspoons of Hyssop

  • 1 Teaspoons of Sage

  • 1 Teaspoons of Lavender

  • 1 Teaspoons of Marjoram
