  • 5 Gallons of Sweet Cider Juice

  • 3 Pounds of Brown Sugar

  • 3 Pounds of Honey

  • 10 Grams of Champagne Yeast

 


 

Quick Fermenting Cider

5 U.S. Gallons

  • 5 Gallons of Fresh Apple Cider

  • 3 Teaspoons of Acid Blend

  • 1 Teaspoon of Yeast Nutrient

  • 2-1/2 Teaspoons of Pectic Enzyme

  • 1 Cup of Dextrose (Corn Sugar)

  • 1-1/4 teaspoons of Sulfite Crystals

  • 10 Grams of Edme Yeast

 


 

Cranberry Cider

5 U.S. Gallons

  • 5 Gallons of Fresh Apple Cider

  • 2 pounds Orange Blossom Honey

  • 2 Pounds of Ocean Spray Cranberries (Chopped)

  • 5 Grams of Red Star Epernay Yeast

 


 

Raspberry Cider

5 U.S. Gallons

  • 5 Gallons of Fresh Apple Cider

  • 1 Pound of Red Raspberries (Chopped)

  • 5 Grams Of Red Star Epernay Yeast

 


 

Holiday Cider

5 U.S. Gallons

  • 5 Gallons of Fresh Apple Cider

  • 6 Cups of Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tablespoon of Whole Cloves

  • 1 Tablespoon of Nutmeg

  • 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon

  • 3 Lemons (juiced and zest)

  • 2 Inches of Ginger Root (peeled and grated )

  • 5 Grams of Red Star Champagne Yeast

 


 

Pear Cider (Perry)

5 U.S. Gallons

  • 5 Gallons of Fresh Pear Juice

  • 2 Pounds of Light Brown Sugar

  • 4 Pounds of White Table Sugar

  • 1 Teaspoons of Grape Tannin

  • 1 pound of 60 Lovibond Crystal Malt

  • 8 ounces of Chocolate Malt

  • 2 Teaspoons of Acid Blend

  • 10 Grams of Red Star Pasteur Champagne Yeast

 


 

Peach Cider

5 U.S. Gallons

  • 5 Gallons of Fresh Peach Juice

  • 3 Pounds of Alfalfa Honey

  • 3 Pounds of Light Brown Sugar

  • 1 Packet of Liquid Champagne Yeast

 


 

Cherry Cider

5 U.S. Gallons

  • 5 Gallons of Fresh Cherry Juice

  • 3 Pounds of Clover Honey

  • 3 Pounds of Dark Brown Sugar

  • 2 Cups of Light Dry Malt Extract

  • 10 Grams of English Ale Yeast
