Oreo cookie crust mix |
8 oz. light cream cheese, softened slightlty |
3 eggs |
1 tsp. vanilla extract |
1/4 cup light plain yogurt |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1 Skor candy bar, chopped |
Raspberry pie filling |
Prepare the Oreo cookie crust according to the package directions, for 1 cake or pie. I used a heart shaped cake pan but this recipe will fit great into an 8 by 8 square cake pan, greased unless you are using a non-stick pan, or a small spring form pan.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and Skor candy bar, chopped.
Mix with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes, the cream cheese should be just about blended in.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and place it in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it is lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and just leave it in the pan to cool for 1 hour.
Spread the Raspberry Pie filling over the cooled cheesecake and place it in the refrigerator. It will slice much easier and look a lot nicer after it sits in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
