Light and Creamy Fruit Salad

   4 cups of fruit, any kind will do but a variety is even better
   1/2 cup light plain yogurt
   2 tbs. honey
   1 tbs. lemon juice
Prepare the fruit. Peel, and chop it into small chunks if it needs it.
In a food processor or blender, place the yogurt, honey and lemon juice. Blend for a minute. Spoon over the fruit and stir to coat well. Refrigerate.
If you plan to serve this as dessert, you can garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
