2 eggs |

1/4 cup vegetable oil |

1/3 cup milk |

1 tbs. mayonnaise |

2 tbs. sour cream |

2 tbs. honey |

2 cups flour |
 |

3/4 cup white sugar |
 |

1/4 cup pineapple juice |
 |
|
1 tsp. baking powder |
 |
|
pinch salt |

3 bananas, mashed |
In a small bowl place the sour cream, and mayonnaise, stir to mix together.
In another bowl place the eggs, and beat lightly with a fork. The eggs add the pineapple juice, vegetable oil, milk, bananas, honey and the sour cream mayonnaise mixture. Stir this all together to combine.
In a larger bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir to mix .
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir just until all of the ingredients are moist
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. This bread is very moist so if the knife isn't completely clean it will probably be cooked enough.
