| *Click on name for a link to the rules page* A common class of HO car run in the Sacramento area is the Club Stock class (Picture). The Club Stock car is exclusively a modified G3 car made by BSRT. A step up from the Club Stock class is the Super Stock class. The main differences are the cars allowed and rear tire allowances. Tyco Nascar is run in Sacramento on the Lumberyard Oval using Shaunadega rules. Event format rules here. Tjet Fray Style class. Run occasionally in Sac. | Controllers So, you have decided that you would like to give this wacky and wonderful hobby/sport a try. After you have purchased the car of your choice, you will need a controller. Lexan Bodies Once you get into the Club Stock or Super Stock classes, a lexan body is a must. Bodies can be purchased through ScaleAuto or your local slot nut. For painting and trimming tips and techniques try here. Attaching them is the real trick. They can either be taped, velcro'd, stapled, or mounted using body tubes.
