           - Using Crampbark and prickly ash together can create a warming and relaxing solution that can unknot taut muscles when
               rubbed on the affected area.
            - Ginger contains some mild aspirin-like effects and therefore can be used to heal back pain.
            - Yarrow can treat back pain by strengthening back muscles.
            - Thyme can be use to treat general back pain.
            - Horsetail heals and builds connective tissue. It also controls the bowels and make lower-back pain more bearable, much of
              which can be traced to a dysfunctional intestinal tract.
            - Cayenne Pepper or eucalyptus oil can be applied to the back for temporary relief from back pain.
            - St. John's wort, lavender, pepper, and crampbark together can treat nervous tension that causes back pain.
            - White willow, crampbark and devil's claw together can help cure back pain due to joint inflammation. Devil's claw and
              crampbark both have anti-inflammatory properties and therefore helps reduce swollen joints.
            - Mustard can help treat lower backaches.
            - Emotional stress can cause muscle tension and result in back pain. Take St. John's wort, valerian, borage, or lemon balm teas.
            - Camomile has the ability to place a calming effect on smooth muscle tissue .
            - Other herbs that can also be use to treat backaches are: Bupleurum, camphor, pineapple extract, and lavender.
