New Zealand: Where there's more sheep than humans in the country. New Zealand is a nice change from just about anywhere. Nice weather, interesting sights to see and it's just spectacular.
Flew in to this city. This is where flights to Antarctica originate. Stayed in a backpacker's motel with an attached bathroom. Security isn't its best thing so i had to have the window "rigged" so no one would be able to enter. Was at the International Antarctic Center. Did see a few USAF guys in that area. Just makes me remember someone who dumped me. LOL. CHRISTCHURCH
It's just a scenic place with lakes and mountains along the way from one city to another. Utterly spectacular.
AROUND NEW ZEALAND
This place is just awesome too. Went jetboating and had a wild time there. Shopping was alright, food was just the usual but the hotels were just awesome. : )
QUEENSTOWN
Ya oughta have a look at the size of the glacier or what's left of it anyway. It has receded quite a bit and as information was given at the glacier, it was really big and huge a long time ago. Had to walk lots to get to it. Tired me out. Shows that i need to do more PT.
FRANZ JOSEF GLACIER
Train ride was just an experience! I got to see parts of New Zealand that are extremely remote. Snow capped mountains, wide valleys and a large expense of farmland. It was just beautiful.
