Taking Charge
The person/persons I am in conflict with has ignored my request for a change of behavior, has shown anger or
contempt for my feelings and nothing has changed.
You now need to differentiate between annoyances and impermissible attacks on self-esteem or security.
- I am extremely upset about his/her behavior towards me, it is deeply affecting my core
being and my will to live - if something is not done about my situation there could be life/death
