The Picture Gallery
The Picture Gallery houses some 50 pieces of historic paintings by verious artist around the nation. It is located between the Marx Guilliigan Hall and the State Dining Room. The Picture Gallery is home to paintings such as Rembrant's Women on the Rock, as well as many potraits by Presidential Painters since the 1800s.

Many of the paintings here are potraits of prominet figures from the Federation, and the picture gallery only goes to boast the extensiveness of the Presidential Art Collecton.

The Picture Galley is ofthen used for other purposes such as for receptions and displays.
THE PICTURE GALLERY TODAY

The Picture gallery continues to be used as the housing place for the Presidnetial Paintings collection. Presidnet's and First Ladies of recent times often bring Forigen visitors here to the Picture Gallery as part of their State Visit to the Chateau.  During such visits, the curators of the Chateau will loan artifacts which may be of relation to the visiting delegation and put them on temporary display here.

VISITING

When visiting the Picture Gallery during your tour, lookout for famous paintings by Monet and Rembrant, and the lates adition is also a 19th Centuary painting by Vincent Van Goh.
