For years, the Chateau has facinated millions of people around the world and around the Country. Many have wondered what lies behind thouse white walls, it's history and it's happenings. Here at the Chateau's Official Website, come discover the rich history behind the walls of the Chateau.
Group Tours
WEEKDAY /WEEKEND PUBLIC GROUP TOURS:

The Chateau is open to Group Tours, for 10 or more people not exceeding 20, on Tuesday through Thursday,  from 8.30 AM to 11.30 AM. On Saturdays, tours are from 11.00 AM - 12.00 PM.

These tours will last a special 1 hour and is taloyered towards university level students and historians. However, the general public would also be able to appreciate these tours.

These tours are come with a curator/guide upon request. The guide will take you on a room by room tour of the State Floor, with explanation and a question and answer session at the end. Foreign tourists can request listening aides from the Chateau Visitor's Center. The tours are avalible in French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and German.

To book such tours, you may approch any member of Congress, or Senetor/Houster Office to request for tickets at least three months in advance. Upon conformation of your tour date and time, you may collect your tickets from the Chateau Visitor's Center office any time before the date of the tour.

However, the Chateau may be closed without prior notice for a Presidential Engagement or event.

Tickets for the Public Tours are handed out at the Chateau Visitor's Center.
