Ingredients:
Oil
Soy sauce
2 Zucchini
1 Yellow Squash
1 Large Onion

Japanese Veggies
- Chop up 2 Large Zucchini 1
Yellow Squash and a whole Onion. All pieces should be
about the size of a man's finger. Onions should be half
rings.
- Heat pan on highest
setting.
- Put enough oil in to just
barely cover the bottom of pan
- Put in all vegetables.
- Add soy sauce to taste.
- Both sides of the Squash and
zucchini should be slightly browned and the onions should
be translucent. All veggies should be tender
- Serve with a Seared Meat and
Fried Rice
