Ingredients:
Eggs
Oil
Cream Cheese
Water

Cream Cheese Omelets
- Mix Eggs with a little water
stir vigorously and try to make it frothy
- Turn Range on high and nice
and hot
- Add a layer of Oil so that
the Eggs will Cook on top of the Oil not the pan
- Pour Eggs into pan, be ready
they cook fast
- When the top of the Omelet
is still glistening and almost done add the Cream Cheese
and roll 1 edge over
- Slide Omelet onto plate and
you are done
