Ingredients:
Eggs
Oil
Cream Cheese 
Water

Cream Cheese Omelets
  • Mix Eggs with a little water stir vigorously and try to make it frothy
  • Turn Range on high and nice and hot
  • Add a layer of Oil so that the Eggs will Cook on top of the Oil not the pan
  • Pour Eggs into pan, be ready they cook fast
  • When the top of the Omelet is still glistening and almost done add the Cream Cheese and roll 1 edge over
  • Slide Omelet onto plate and you are done
