Ingredients:
Skinless Chicken
Soy sauce
Cooking spray

Seared Chicken
- Heat pan on highest
setting.
- Turn on exhaust fan, its about to get a little smoky
in there.
- Spray pan with cooking spray.
- Place chicken in pan
add soy sauce on each side to taste and cook on each side
until almost golden in color.
- When both sides are done take
chicken out of pan and cut into thin strips the middle should
still be pink.
- Place the chicken strips back into pan pink
sides down and flip to get each side done.
- Add more soy sauce
and serve hot.
