Ingredients:
Steak
Soy sauce
Cooking spray
Seared Steak
  • Heat pan on highest setting. 
  • Turn on exhaust fan, its about to get a little smoky in there. 
  • Spray pan with cooking spray. 
  • Place steak in pan add soy sauce on each side to taste and sear on each side. 
  • When both sides are done take steak out of pan and cut into thin strips the middle should still be pink.
  • Place the steak strips back into pan pink sides down and flip to get each side done. 
  • Add more soy sauce and serve hot.
