Bacon Bits
Sour Cream
Butter
Chives

Twice Baked
Potatoes
- Bake Several Potatoes
- Cut Potatoes in half, scoop out the insides and
Mash. Save skins
- Mix in Butter Bacon Bits
and Chives
- Put mixture back in skins
- Cover with Cheddar
Cheese
- Bake Until Cheese melts
- Add a dollop of sour Cream
and more Chives
