Li-ChAnime: FullMetal Anime

The Slayers review. The Slayers is a hilarious series starring a young sorceress with a flat chest named Lina Inverse. The girl is obsessed with treasure, constantly threatening people, very skilled with black magic, and has a MAJOR crush on her traveling companion, Gourry Gabriev. The Slayers, and it�s two sequels, Slayers NEXT and Slayers TRY also star Lina, as well as a few friends, who travel along the countryside looking for trouble, bandit gangs, treasure, and free meals (With the amount of food that Lina and Gourry can take in, they need all the free food they can get.) I�ve only seen episodes from Slayers NEXT, but if it�s as funny as the other two, I can�t wait to get my hands on the original Slayers and TRY.
Even though the dubbed tapes state that Slayers NEXT can be shown to 3-year-olds, I would not recommend these series to anyone under the age if 10. There is a lot of swearing, sex and anatomy related humor, (Most of the anatomy humor aimed at Lina, due to her small chest.) violence, explosions, and a few disturbing images. (Ahem! ((Cough cough.)) The all-female village episode!) Anyway, I give The Slayers, NEXT, and TRY 95% �A�s. They are all funny series meant to make fun of other series, and are all worth a look. (At least NEXT is!)
