Inuyasha review

How can I describe Inuyasha? It was an amazingly funny and awesomely cool anime, and the manga was absolutely wonderful. Though Inuyasha differs from the cute characters and plot of Digimon and CardCaptor Sakura, it has aspects that many people who have �gotten too old� for those anime will enjoy. The plot of Inuyasha is a bit more complex than those of anime intended for young kids, and the language is definitely not appropriate. (Even though I doubt little kids would know what half the words mean. I myself am still confused about why they say �Igit� instead of �idiot� in one of the dubbed episodes.) The character designs are absolutely beautiful, even though they aren�t really as �cute� as the characters from CCS or Digimon. Though the plot is more complex than some other anime, it is still easy to follow, and you can�t help but get sucked into the wonderful music and story of Inuyasha. I myself only tuned in because I had taped something at the wrong time, and turned it on just in time to hear the beautiful end theme, �My Will.�
Inuyasha has the aspects of a comedy, a romance, an action/adventure, and a fantasy anime, and is indeed all of the above. The comic relief and witty remarks of the characters will keep you laughing, even when it seems that one of your favorite characters is about to die. Myoga and Miroku, I have found, are extremely funny, and I can�t help but laugh at them, even if they are just talking, and not making a joke.
To tell the truth, I probably would have started watching Inuyasha even if I hadn�t accidentally taped the first episode and heard the end theme. Inuyasha is a wonderfully good anime that keeps you on your toes, because the plot is open to so many twists and turns along the way. Inuyasha is worth a look, but if you can�t get a hold on the anime, the manga is great, too. The only problem is, it�s too much like the anime. In fact, as I was reading the manga, I found quotes that were exactly the same as in the anime. Overall, I would give Inuyasha, anime and manga, a wonderful �A� at 95%. This is an amazing anime, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is over 13, due to language and crude humor.
