1. Have a site. You MUST have a website before I make the graphic. if you don't, you request will be rejected and a letter of rejection will be snet to you. However, if you have a site that is to my liking (Absolutely NO HENTAI!) If I see anything inappropriate on your site, I will not fulfill your request. I will not have my name and my site accociated with that sort of stuff.
2. Decide what graphic you need. You need to let me know what kind of graphic you're requesting. The following are what I will make, NOTHING ELSE!
Buttons
Splash images
Wallpapers
Layouts (Depending on whether or not I can make a layou on the image you choose, I may or may not make a layout for you. It also depends on how accuarte you are in descriptions and how polite and patient you are.)
3. Find an image Find the image you want me to make the graphic out of. It can be a scan of your own, or from another site, as long as you have permission to use the imageYou can either give me the URL for the image, or you can save it and send it as an attachment on the e-mail.I need to know where the image came from, especially if it is a layout I'm making for you.
4. Decide the size and color(s) of the graphic Let me know how big you want the image (Or else I will automatically use what I usually use for the images I make.) I also need to know what color you want the graphic to be (or else I will use whatever color I think fits best, but it will usually be white, black, blue, or gray.) If you want it more than one color, I'll do my best to do that.
5. E-mail me. Send me an e-mail with the following information, an if everything's where it needs to be, and I like the site you have, I'll respond letting you know when to expect the graphic.
The type of graphic you want
The URL for the image (Or just save the image and attach it to the e-mail)
The size and color of the graphic
When must the graphic be ready (If you don't specify when you need the graphic, I'll just get around to it whenever I can)
Your e-mail address
You banner URL (So I can link to your site and say that I've made a graphic for you.
If all of this is sent to me, I'll send you a reply message saying that I'll have your graphic by the date you specify, or when I get around to it. I will also send you one of my banners, since you MUST link me if you want the graphic. I might just send it with the graphic though.
6. Wait for a reply. If I don't get back to you within a week, that means your graphic request has been turned down. I'll usually send a rejection letter, though.
7. Wait for the graphic I'll be putting time into making your graphic, so be patient with me, otherwise you might not get it at all.
8. Give credit where it's due Link back to me, PLEASE! If you don't, all other requests from you will be automatically rejected.
9. Pay me $100,000,000! Just kidding, all my graphics are free. but defiantely keep the link up as long as the graphic is on your site. And if you want to keep it up longer, feel free. I'd really apriciate it, actually.
10. Sign the guestbook This one is optional, but since I check up on the site's standings every chance I get, and I check the guestbook for new entries, It would help me out for you to sign the guestbook and let me know you requested something. I have a Yahoo! e-mail address, but my internet carrier is AOL, so I need to sign into my account to get mail on my Yahoo! address. So please sign the guestbook, you don't have to, but it would let me know that I need to check my Yahoo! mail and get your request. I think I check it often anyway, so if you don't I'll probably still get the request. Arigato!
None of that seems too hard, does it? I know that it requires thinking, and thinking can be painful sometimes, but do your best to come up with what I ask for, and I'll do my best to get what you want. If you're not happy with the graphic I made for you, let me know. You don't have to put it up on your site, you can leave the link to my site off your site forever, but no matter what, unless you specifically ask me not to, I'll keep the link to your site up on mine.
