This is my page dedicated to Healthy Eating and Dieting. Firstly I would like to state that size doesn't matter but being comfortable with yourself does. If your own self-comfort can be achieved by losing a couple of pounds in weight, then hopefully there are a few tips on here to help you along the way.
Personally when i feel I need to lose a few pounds I follow the Weight Watcher Points System Diet, It works for me and has done for  a few of my friends, so all the recipes that I have included on this page have WW Points.
