| 1 boneless chicken breast 1 teaspoon course grain mustard 2 teaspoons reduced sugar orange marmalade salt and pepper |

| Preheat the grill to medium / hot. Place the chicken upside down on a foil-lined grill tray and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 8 - 10 mins. Turn the chicken over and spread on the mixed mustard and marmalade. Cook for a further 8 - 10 mins or until tender, and the glaze is a deep golden colour. serve with fresh green salad. |
